General description of the service
The website www.itomgroup.de Provides information about the ITOM Group as well as its consulting, technology and managed services. Visitors can find out about service areas, solutions, references and topics of digital administration and prepare a request to the ITOM Group via a contact form.
Operator and responsible service provider is the Legal notice the designated company.
Performance of the service
The content is provided via a website usable with current web browsers. Navigation is done via the main navigation, linked content areas and the footer. The contact form allows the input of contact data and a message.
Requirements and technical implementation
The design is based on the basic principles of making digital content perceptible, usable, understandable and robust. In particular, the following measures have been implemented:
- semantic page regions with header, navigation, main content and footer,
- a consistent heading structure with one main heading per page;
- a German language declaration on all pages,
- a jump link for direct switching to the main content,
- navigation which is basically accessible by keyboard,
- responsive display for different screen sizes and orientations,
- Text content without exclusively color-dependent information transfer.
Currently known limitations
A complete conformity assessment has not yet been completed. In particular, the following restrictions are currently known:
- Some form labels are not yet technically fully linked to the respective input fields.
- Contact form status messages may not be automatically output by assistive technologies.
- Expandable navigation elements do not yet fully transmit their state to screen readers.
- Focus representation and focus control are further improved.
- The testing of contrasts, magnification, text spacing, keyboard order and screen reader output is not yet complete.
The ITOM Group is working to gradually eliminate the existing restrictions.
